increased serotonin release and inhibited reuptake; also affects dopamine and NE

you dump serotonin and it gets depleted

Side Effects

There are huge problems with drug purity

short term

bad for memory
bruxism
liver failure
renal failure
serotonin syndrome (sometimes people combine with SSRIs to augment the drug)
gait disturbance
sweating/dehydration
disnihibition, poor decision making

long term

Counter-Indications

Pro-seritonergic drugs (ie SSRIs') augment activity
