Nervous System Investigations
Neurological investigations are done in concert with queries into other body systems. Especially important:
- Vitals: pulse (especially rhythm), BP, temperature
- Head and neck: meningismus, bruises/injuries to head
- Cardiac: bruits and murmurs
There can be clues to help decipher the cause of neurological symptoms. Acute onset usually suggests vascular or electrical causes.
