Diagnosis
Reed-Sternburg cell, a B lymphocyte, is diagnostic
CBC, ESR, LDH
- CXR
- CT chest, abdomen, pelvis
- gallium scan
- bone marrow aspiration/biopsy
- excisional biopsy whenever possible

- Nodular sclerosing
- mixed cellularity
- lymphocyte predominant
- lymphocyte depleted

- bulk disease
