Antiparasitic drugs include:
Single-dose regimens of oral albendazole (Albenza), mebendazole (Vermox), and pyrantel pamoate are effective against Ascaris lumbricoides. Only albendazole is effective against hookworm. No single-dose regimen appears effective against Trichuris trichiura. (LOE = 1a-)
