Shannon Masse, RN

 

Shannon has been working as a nurse since graduating from the University of Windsor, Ontario, in 2010.

 

Originally a high school drop out, she returned to school while she was pregnant with her second child. She received her high school diploma, began pre-health sciences in 2007 and continued on to complete her BScN. During school she also worked in the health care field as a PSW in retirement homes, a nursing home, in home care, and in the hospital.

 

Since graduating, she has worked on inpatient surgery in the emergency department, and now in patient flow/bed management.

 

Her goal is to one day be in professional practice and obtain her masters degree.

 

She is also a mother to 5 beautiful children and 2 cats.
