PHANS is an umbrella organization
PHANS needs to build a postitive relationship with the government to become THE external voice of advocacy/goto. Right now, there is little credibility.
Be cautious speaking up while representing PHANS - don't make enemies as an independent critic.
Much work to be done with Skills and competencies.
High quality facilitators are a very necessary thing to ensure.
How to engage people and get them involved? can we reward people for completing modules?
