Many people and organizations doing similar work, and it is clear the SiH direction is a good one. However, solutions still appear incomplete. How to proceed in the context of all this work?

We will work in full collaboration with partner universities, colleges, and other institutions to increase their abilities to train students, in ways that are time-, cost-, and people-effective.
We envision small groups of learners training in rural and other communities, supported by a small number of faculty. We will make extensive use of peer-peer learning.
